According to the report, the alleged victim told police she dated Jack for six months but he told her he planned to end the relationship… which apparently started the fight.
Police say, during the argument the woman told them that Jack had said he would “fuck her ass” and that he was able to do it because he was bigger than her. She told police that she had gone up to get the gun on the table and placed it on her, telling Jack to leave her alone.
The alleged victim told police she told Jack she would shoot him if he came near her out of fear.
The woman told officers that she hit and scratched Jack, but in self-defense during a fight.
But according to the report, Jack told the police that his girlfriend had killed him. Authorities say Jack was hesitant, but he showed police his security footage, which reports show a verbal argument taking place and the woman using her hand to push away and strike Jack to create distance. He said he never laid a hand on her.
Officers noted that they saw Jack with obvious facial injuries, but he was nevertheless ultimately placed in custody and taken to jail.
As TMZ first reported, Jack was arrested For alleged domestic violence in September.
