A source previously told TMZ that the music mogul was taken from the jail via ambulance around 1 a.m. Saturday and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

Combs, 56, is said to be conscious and speaking after the alleged incident.

“We are aware of the reports involving Sean Combs and are working to confirm the circumstances,” a representative for the Grammy winner told Us.

“Sean’s health and well-being is our immediate concern,” adding, “and we appreciate everyone who has helped.”

Following highly publicized court proceedings, in July 2025, Combs was convicted of two counts of transportation for prostitution and subsequently sentenced to 50 months in prison.

Combs has repeatedly and vehemently denied allegations of wrongdoing.

In September, NBC News reported that Combs was enjoying a “pampered” life in prison, with four unnamed inmates alleging that the “I’ll Be Missing You” hitmaker had people do cleaning and cooking jobs for her.

The news outlet also reported that Combs had access to “some rich s—t”, including premium liquor, antidepressants and a cell phone.

“This is not a normal incident you see in prison,” the source revealed. “It sounds crazy, but still, it’s sis.”

Due to “confidentiality, safety and security reasons,” a representative for the Bureau of Prisons explained to Page Six at the time, they refrain from commenting on the conditions of inmates at the low-security federal correctional institution.

According to TMZ, the Bad Boy Records founder was sent back to solitary confinement following the reports, and his prison release date – previously scheduled for January 21, 2028 – was moved up to March 2, 2028.

The outlet also reported on Tuesday that the fashion designer was written up for alleged fights on July 31 and September 30, and phone violations on July 7 and September 19, 2025.

According to the outlet, the hip hop mogul lost 400 days of commissary privileges — which allow inmates to earn snacks — as well as 41 days of good time credit.
