Stunt-related injuries on film sets have also made headlines recently. In 2025, Kate Beckinsale filed a lawsuit against the producers of her 2024 film “Canary Black”.

The ‘Underworld’ actress alleged that she suffered ‘severe and debilitating injuries’ after repeatedly being exposed to ‘dangerous and unsafe conditions’ on the set. The case is pending after a judge rejected a motion to dismiss the case.

Representatives for Amazon MGM Studios, Anton Media Entertainment and Zois did not respond to Page Six’s request for comment at that time.
