The 28-year-old “Midnight Sun” singer recently commented on a TikTok video of her performing her hit song, where the fan said, “I didn’t know I was pregnant here, but at least my baby got to hear Midnight Sun before the miscarriage.”
ZaraHis response thereafter received divided reactions, with some people thinking it was ridiculous, while others thought it was in poor taste.
Now, she is responding to his comments and standing by what she said in a new video.

“Sorry, this is ridiculous! I don’t know what to say, this is ridiculous. Sorry if you don’t have a sense of humor,” he said in the TikTok video. “But at the same time, I’m not really here to argue with people who are against abortion for any reason, because we are fundamentally different in the way we view the world, at least on this topic.”
She also said she wasn’t here to convince anyone to hold the same views as her, and directly addressed the comments that were pro-choice, but that abortion is a serious topic to address.
“I just want to know why that is. Why do you think abortion is only OK when it’s a very difficult decision, when it’s something women have to struggle with. When it’s emotionally or physically painful,” Zara Said. “Why is that OK, why does that make it morally better than if someone wants an abortion for any reason?”
She further said, “Why is it only morally okay when women have to suffer? Now answer me this.”
Zara Then he said yes, we should probably try to avoid it and give sex education to children to make sure there are other options, like birth control, access to free condoms, etc.
He added, “I feel like joking about things like this makes it something we can even talk about.” “It doesn’t have to be taboo, it’s not that bad of a thing that women do, because, if we talk about it in an informal way, it also affects women who go through it, and who really suffer from it… There are women who want to have children, but they can’t have them because they might have symptoms that would make it impossible…”
Zara There are some laws mentioned in places like Texas that make abortion illegal, but women need it because the baby will not survive outside the womb, but they cannot get an abortion because of the policies surrounding it.
