Their heartbreaking news follows the devastating loss of their daughter Billie Vera Reilly, who tragically died in December 2024 at just 10 days old.
In honor of Billy’s memory, Dan and Dani founded the billy’s bestiesA charity initiative created to assist families and children in need. Through the fund, they have turned their grief into purpose, hoping to continue the love and kindness that Billy brought to their world.
On their official fundraising page, the couple shared Billy’s story, his impact on everyone who knew him, and their mission to help other families facing unimaginable challenges.
By November 2025, billy’s besties Raised more than $165,000 to support the Women’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and the families dependent on its care.
Dan and Danny celebrated their wedding in Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula in 2018 after nine years together.
