“Spending a few days in London, randomly picking a restaurant, and eating just meters away from Meryl Streep and her husband ❤️,” the fan tweeted along with a photo of the “Devil Wears Prada” actress and Short leaning close to each other. (Streep and Short are not married.)
In the photo, the “Only Murders in the Building” actor and Streep were sitting on the same side of their dining table and looking at the actress’ cell phone.
When the fan was asked if he tried to take a selfie with the actors, he said replied“No. They were having a great time. Full of laughter and gentle expressions.”
