The former volleyball player shared the good news on social media through a video announcing her pregnancy.
“You know when your boobs are getting tight again! Baby number 4, here we go🤰🏻,” Phil captioned his post.
Similarly, Leno shared the pregnancy announcement on social media, “Aww! Big announcement! Baby number 4 is on the way! Thank you, God!”
The couple married in December 2013 and welcomed their first child, Philip Cayetano, the following year. They later welcomed two more children in 2016 and 2018, according to Bombo Radyo News.
Filley previously played volleyball for the Ateneo Lady Eagles before building a family with Lino, who has worked as a film and television director and served as Taguig City mayor from 2019 to 2022.
Lino was recently named Secretary of the Presidential Communications Office, replacing Dave Gomez in the Marcos administration.
