Liev Schreiber Got into a heated argument with a reporter on the red carpet… a bizarre incident – especially since the two are clearly playing for the same team.
The actor attended the premiere of his new Apple TV+ show “Nocturne” in New York City on Tuesday night … when a reporter asked him a question he clearly didn’t care about.
Watch the clip… It looks like Liv isn’t happy that the reporter is chasing social media views to generate engagement – telling her she needs to treat people like she values their actions.
He also adds something odd… telling the reporter it shouldn’t be a “f***ing soundbite” – especially when it’s being done “in-house”.
The reporter handles it well… keeping a smile on his face, trying to make jokes and – eventually – coming up with a topic that makes Liv seem happy, and the pair clearly get into the interview.

Eyewitnesses told us…Liv was clearly passionate about “Nocturne” – and she didn’t like the questions asked by the correspondent. He also noted that things ended amicably, and everyone walked away happy.
We’ve reached out to Liv and Apple for more information on what happened here… haven’t heard back yet.
