Joshua Jackson and Olivia Burgess can’t keep their hands off each other.
The 48-year-old actor and the 29-year-old model were seen kissing passionately in Los Angeles on Monday in photos obtained by Page Six.
The “Dawson’s Creek” alum first picked up Burgess from LAX, where they happily embraced. The two went to upscale grocery chain Erewhon before heading to the park and enjoying a lunch date.
Burgess smiled at Jackson during his walk. She dressed casually, wearing a black tube top and black athletic pants, with her hair tied back. Meanwhile, Jackson wore a blue polo shirt and light-colored pants for his date.
Burgess is a French-American model and dancer who has appeared in runway shows for major brands such as Jean Paul Gaultier, Chromat, and Agent Provocateur. She has also modeled for campaigns for Gap, Bloomingdale’s, Nike, and others.
She and Jackson were first linked together in June, when they were seen holding hands in New York City in photos obtained by Page Six.
Earlier this month, Jackson reunited with his ex-wife, Jodie Turner-Smith, to spend time with their 6-year-old daughter Juno. Turner-Smith shared intimate photos of the three of them going on vacation together, which came as a surprise to fans given their controversial divorce.
The 39-year-old “Queen & Slim” star filed for divorce in October 2023 after nearly four years of marriage, with the couple initially agreeing to joint legal and physical custody.
But in December 2024, she accused him of not paying child support.
The pair also clashed over Juno’s schooling in May 2025 – and Jackson filed an emergency modification to their custody order over the disagreement the following month.
However, by October 2025, the two had resolved their issues, dropping their divorce case, stating in court documents that they were “in the process of negotiating a custody decision” and planned to “resolve any impasse” through a private judge.
Turner-Smith candidly discussed her and Jackson’s co-parenting in June.
“I’m a child of divorce myself and so is my ex-husband,” she told Hoda Kotb on the former “Today” anchor’s podcast, “Joy 101.”
“So it seems like it’s always been important to think about, ‘Okay, what is the language in which we are going to talk about this with our daughter?’ Because this is her new reality,” she also shared.
“We’re also learning and not always getting it perfect — but the idea is always two homes full of love. And I’m like, ‘You got two homes, girl.'”
