Jaime King is officially single again.
The “Sin City” star and Austin Sosa have finalized their divorce less than two years after secretly getting married, Page Six can exclusively reveal.
According to court documents obtained by Page Six, a Los Angeles judge signed off on the dissolution of their marriage on Friday, restoring both King and Sosa’s status as single individuals.
The decision also shows that Sosa reserved his right to seek spousal support from King, while the court removed Sosa’s ability to seek spousal support from King.
The former couple had no children.
King’s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Page Six previously reported that Sosa, 34, moved to expedite their divorce in June, filing a declaration for a default or uncontested dissolution of marriage and saying the exes had no shared assets or debts to divide in court.
The investment banker originally filed to end her marriage to King in January, citing “irreconcilable differences” and listing November 11, 2025, as their separation date.
King, 47, told Page Six exclusively at the time that she was completely stunned by the move.
“I was completely caught off guard by the divorce filing, which came out of nowhere,” she told us.
“I was with Austin the night before it went public and while, like many marriages, we had the usual challenges, I really believed we were working on our relationship,” she said.
The filing comes shortly after Page Six exclusively reported that the “White Chicks” actress was spotted getting cozy with hotelier Vikram Chatwal during several outings in Los Angeles.
However, King denied that there was anything romantic going on between him and Chatwal or that their outings had anything to do with the end of their marriage.
“Any recent conversations referenced publicly were purely professional business meetings and have no connection to this private matter,” he told us at the time.
King and Sosa managed to keep their marriage a complete secret before their breakup.
Page Six exclusively revealed in January that the pair secretly married on April 23, 2025 — just months before King publicly announced their engagement in July.
At the time of the engagement announcement, the actress’s representative said she was “embracing a joyful new chapter” with Sosa and was “especially happy to share this moment with our children, who have a loving relationship with Austin and his family.”
King has sons James, 12, and Leo, 10, with her first husband, filmmaker Kyle Newman.
She and Newman finalized their contentious divorce in September 2023 after King filed to end their marriage in 2020.
The former couple subsequently continued to battle over custody of their sons, with Newman eventually gaining sole physical custody in March 2025 after King failed to complete a court-ordered drug and alcohol rehabilitation program. The exiles continued to share legal custody, while the king was allowed supervised visits.
