spoiler ALERT! This story discusses Night of Wars 4 sound Season 30, which aired on October 26. Episodes are available to stream the day after they air. peacock membership.
The final night of The Battle in Season 30 of NBC’s long-running singing competition soundThe show, currently airing on the 2026 TV schedule, continues to showcase the incredible level of talent that the coaches have selected for their teams. So far, every battle showdown has featured two equally worthy singers moving forward, and this latest episode was no exception. While I still think Team Queen has the best chance to win the season, all of the coaches have singers who could easily get in there and take everything. One particular fight was so good that it led to an emotional moment involving Adam Levine and another coach.
The night began with a special Coach performance featuring vets Adam Levine and Kelly Clarkson joined by newcomers Queen Latifah and Riley Green. On an upbeat version of The Band’s classic song “The Weight”. one of my favorite aspects sound There’s always a time when we get to hear coaches singing along with each other or with competing candidates because there’s something special about hearing how they can lift each other up and motivate each other. But on that note, let’s get to the main event, shall we?

Two powerhouse rockers put everything on the line, competing for the ultimate steal of Season 30
That stellar performance from Coach was followed by a very impressive battle of “Never Enough” the greatest showmanAnd both Sophia Liano and Mia Knight judged before the queen chose Mia to advance. That was a pretty tough moment, but then Team Adam arrived.
For Team Adam’s final battle and the final battle of Season 30, the Maroon 5 singer gave “Bring Me to Life” to his two rock ladies, Dakota Cohan and Destiny Monroe. With one of the best songs to feature female rock vocalists, Levine inspired and challenged the powerhouse singers to bare it all, and they did.
I’m a fan of Evanescence and have listened to the original song many times, and I’ve also listened to endless covers of various past singing competitions because it’s such a popular song. But Destiny and Dakota, who jokingly called themselves DD, were equally great both individually and in their moments in harmony together. They clearly bonded with each other and had one of the most memorable battles of Season 30.
Queen Latifah finally used her steal before cut week, and it led to a sweet moment
As soon as he did so, with a genuine display of emotion, Levin stepped out of his red coach chair to thank the Queen and embrace her. After this he stood back and appreciated both of them and also hugged Destiny. You could tell how much of a tough decision this was for the coach (who won Season 29 with Alexia Jay), and how grateful and relieved he was that both rock singers would get the chance to stay.
The “She Will Be Loved” artist’s reaction is a testament to the amount of sentimentality soundCoaches from have participated in this competition. It is always a pleasure whenever he shares such tender moments with his team members or his fellow coaches. And even though this moment was unexpected, I don’t blame Levin at all for all the emotions.
Next week, the singing competition will move to a whole different level with Cut Week, where the seven artists on each team will be reduced to three. Each coach will choose two singers to advance to the live shows, and then the remaining five will have to sing for the third and final spot. The cut will definitely be heartbreaking as all the remaining singers are incredibly talented and deserve a chance. With that, we can see another emotional moment that matches Levine and Queen Latifah this week.
While we already know the competition series will be shaking things up with Season 31 Voice: CelebrityWe won’t actually know until December who is crowned the winner of Season 30. So, until then, make sure to keep watching NBC on Monday at 8 PM ET.
