Love has no age, especially in showbiz.
Hong Kong actor Howick Lau, 52, has found love again, this time with 32-year-old model and actress Christie Lai.
The pair were recently spotted relaxing in a car before heading to Christie’s home, where Hawke reportedly spent the night.
They later confirmed their relationship, with Howick revealing that they bonded over their shared love of tennis and pickleball.
He said, “We have similar interests, so we get along very well. We are both simple people.”
Meanwhile, Christie described Hawke as mature and trustworthy and said that they get along naturally.
Howick was previously married to Chinese actress Yang Mi, with whom he has a 12-year-old daughter, affectionately known as Xiao Nuomi. The former couple divorced in 2018 after four years of marriage.
He later dated Chinese actress Li Xiaofeng, although they reportedly called it quits in April this year.
Although Hawk and Christie’s 20-year age difference is questionable, they are hardly the first celebrity couple to have such a large age gap.
