Halle Berry‘s lawyer has just issued a scathing statement olivier martinez.

“To say that this filing is completely meritless and intentionally misleading would be an understatement.”
So straight away we’ve got a strong denial here. She adds that it’s Oliver who has the problem:
“There is abundant evidence, including multiple judicial rulings, that Olivier Martínez repeatedly violated court orders and interfered with necessary medical and educational interventions to the detriment of his and Halle Berry’s minor son, Maceo – misconduct for which Mr. Martínez has already been legally sanctioned.”
She then revealed that Hayley is “deeply saddened” by all this but promised that it won’t stop her from fighting:
“In a way, today’s filing is not entirely unexpected for someone with a well-documented history of erratic, possessive, and violent behavior. Fortunately, Halle is used to this type of abusive conduct from Mr. Martinez and, while she is deeply saddened, she will not allow it to stop her from fighting for Maceo’s best interests and providing him the love and support he needs.”
As we reported, Halle is accused of strangling her 12-year-old son meso Following an alleged argument over a VR game.
Olivier claims that Maceo wanted him to take him after the incident and says that Maceo is in “trauma” and needs space from his mother. He applied for a temporary restraining order and is now seeking sole custody.
The court has reportedly granted Olivier’s request and ordered Halle to stay 100 yards away from him. However, she is still allowed to see her son two days a week and every other weekend under court-ordered visitation conditions. This will remain in effect until his next hearing date, at least October 16.
