according to tmza court has given olivier martinezRequest for temporary restraining order against his ex-wife, A-list actress and oscar winner Halle BerryWhen she accused him of physically abusing her 12-year-old son meso.

As we previously reported, Olivier claims Halle physically attacked his son last Saturday, allegedly jumping on him, putting her hands around his neck and strangling him. Now, he wants sole custody of Maceo.

Now, court documents have revealed more details.

Per page sixThe documents claim Halle allegedly told Maceo he looked “so stupid” and called him “so stupid” while he was playing a VR game. Olivier claims that “the situation escalated” when she “jumped on our son and began physically fighting with him.”

He alleges:

“He grabbed Maceo by the neck and began to strangle him, yelling, ‘Who’s on top now?! Who’s on top?!'”

He claims this is not the first case of alleged abuse.

“During the past year and a half, Ms. Berry had pinned Maceo to the ground and forced him to ‘tap out.'”

tmz have also seen court documents, and their reporting also includes multiple allegations of prior abuse by Olivier, including a time five years ago when he allegedly attacked her in the face. He also claims he harassed Maceo by putting him in the middle of his parents’ contentious custody battle, reportedly asking Maceo how he felt “as a black man” watching his father, a “white bitch”, rob a black woman.

Olivier claims that Halle’s alleged alcohol consumption “contributed to her abusive conduct.” He wants sole custody, but says he still wants Halle to have a relationship with her son — after some time and space. TMZ reports that the two have been ordered to “participate in confidential mediation” regarding further developments in the custody case.

per thursday afternoon tmzThe court granted Olivier’s request for a temporary restraining order. Halle should stay 100 yards away from him. The outlet reports that she will be allowed to see Maceo two days a week and every other weekend by court order. This will remain effective till the next hearing on October 16.

As we said, it must be emphasized that these are allegations against Olivier. At this point, there has been no response from Halle.

In 2024, Halle filed for sole custody of Maceo, accusing Olivier of refusing to co-parent with her, putting their son’s needs first. This comes after the former couple settled their divorce in 2023, nearly eight years after their split, and agreed to joint legal custody at that time.

We sincerely hope that Maceo is okay, that the truth of what happened will be determined quickly, and that all parties can move forward with a plan that will work best for everyone’s healing. This story is developing.
