As you know if you’re following along, Chrishell Stause turned on Instagram this morning and announced their separation from g flip In a heart-wrenching confessional style video.
Admitting that she is still very much in love with the 33-year-old Australian musician, Chrishell, 45, said they plan to do it as peacefully and amicably as possible. See below:
In response, G Flip posted its own statement on social media, revealing:
“After 4+ years Chrishell and I are no longer together. I will always love her, we will always share a special bond and I deeply cherish our memories together [red heart emoji] My head and heart feel very heavy right now and I am not able to talk but I want to thank you all for your support and appreciate you respecting our privacy during this difficult time.
Shortly after the news hit the trending section, Chrishell’s ex-boyfriend and selling sunset Star Jason, 49, left a comment of support on Chrishell’s video.
“I’m really sorry to hear this. I’m thinking of you and sending you my love. You’re both beautiful people and sometimes things don’t work out, but it certainly doesn’t mean anyone failed. There’s probably nothing anyone can say to make you feel better right now, it may just take some time to process. But please know that you are very loved and I’m always there for you, no matter what.”
He ended the comment with the classic red heart emoji.

Jason and Chrishell dated for five months back in 2021, but the breakup only happened because Jason wasn’t ready to try for kids as much as she wanted to. Fans of their relationship naturally reacted to her comment with their hopes, writing:
“Slide back”
“You guys need to stick together”
“What a beautiful answer, how lovely”
“Dude, fight for it”
“Go get your girl!”
Well, we’re not sure Chrishell is in a place where she wants to start anything again, but at least she knows she has a lot of support. And that’s what she’ll need as she begins her healing journey.
