So Eamonn Holmes’ girlfriend Katie Alexander has been ordered to move out of the £5,000-a-month rented luxury London penthouse apartment she shared part-time with her TV boyfriend.
This news will bring a smile to the faces of wives who have seen their ex-partners getting attracted towards younger women.
Ruth Langsford, who is currently divorcing Eamon, must have also tasted the sweet sense of satisfaction that came when Katie, 45, was told by Eamon and Ruth, 66, to immediately remove all her belongings from the luxurious £1.3 million pad she lived in for free three days a week for three years.
Of course, Eamon was kicked out of their £3.4million marital home in 2024 by Ruth after discovering his ‘online friendship’ with Katie.
But now it’s Katie’s turn to go, despite the fact that she explicitly requested that she needs to stay in the penthouse as it is close to the hospital where Eamonn is recovering from a major stroke.
However, Katie’s protests fell on deaf ears. Insiders say she was immediately shown the door and advised that if she wanted to stay near Eamonn on his way to hospital, she should check into a nearby Travelodge – and pay for it herself.

Katie Alexander’s recently posted Instagram stories appear to hint at her relationship with the hospitalized TV presenter, despite him asking her to move out of his London penthouse.
Now amid speculation that Eamonn will never work on TV again due to his declining health, Katie comes forward with selfies from their time together as proof of their enduring love.
How delicious – revenge not just cold but served on an ice tray.
Yet Katie’s friends have come out fighting rather than take it lying down, insisting: ‘It’s so unfair that she’s been left out in the cold.’
And, in a strange twist of fate, as my colleague Katie Hind points out, both of Eamon’s wives have joined forces. His soon-to-be ex-wife Ruth and his first wife Gabrielle, with whom he had three children before they amicably separated and he moved in with Ruth, have united to bid farewell to Katie.
Could it be that they think the divorced mother of three, former shop assistant and self-proclaimed relationship counselor and therapist is being opportunistic?
Katie’s friends insist that she is being treated badly: ‘Katie feels that they are not very kind to her because she desperately wants her to come out on the other side of her stroke as badly as they have.’
Before adding: ‘There are some people who think that Katie is after her money and the fame that is associated with being his girlfriend, which is very unfair. She loves Eamonn.’
All is well – her love for Eamonn was evident in his regular appearances at glamorous showbiz events before he suffered a stroke, as well as when they holidayed together on a luxury cruise after he officially split from Ruth in 2024.
Katie Camp reminds us that she was the one who showed up firmly at his side after he and Ruth separated, consoling him after his health struggles — including chronic back pain, three slipped discs, and a dislocated pelvis after a fall.
Now amid speculation that Eamonn will never work on TV again due to his fragile health, which would lead to the end of his £300,000-a-year GB News salary, Katie is coming forward with selfies from their time together as proof of their enduring love.
Meanwhile, her pals are revealing that the £5,000-a-month penthouse is ‘where she and Eamonn used to share a lot of their time’ and adding that ‘even though he’s struggling physically, he’s a charming, very funny man and they’ve had lots of good times there.’
Eamonn’s family reportedly believe it is Eamonn’s lust for ‘money and fame’ that is driving Katie. But there is no guarantee of money coming from it.
Ruth Langsford, who is currently divorcing Eamon (seen together presenting This Morning in 2021), will be enjoying the sweet feeling of satisfaction after asking Katie out.

The way Katie (seen with Eamonn at Ascot) talks about ‘value’ might seem to unkind minds less like the pleading of an unhappy girlfriend and more like a clear warning of intent – given Ruth and Eamonn’s combined wealth is around £10 million, writes Amanda Platel
And who can ignore the timing of Katie’s friends’ briefing? Could this be affected by the fact that the Ruth v Eamonn divorce case is due to be heard in the High Court in November?
Katie recently posted a photo of herself on Instagram, looking sensational in a purple, chest-revealing top that read across her cleavage: ‘When your man calls to tell you he loves you’, along with various heart emojis. It was also accompanied by the words ‘#youandme’; ‘#meandE’ and ‘#Lovewins’.
Even more revealingly, she posed for a selfie in a strapless green bikini, looking tan and mysteriously looking towards the sunrise with the message: ‘Softness is strength. Peace is a luxury. And ‘Knowing your worth changes everything’.
The way she talks about ‘worth’ – given Ruth and Eamonn’s combined wealth is around £10 million – might sound to unkind minds less like the pleading of an unhappy girlfriend and more like a clear warning of intentions ahead of a divorce trial.
Certainly her short time with the ailing TV presenter pales in comparison to the 27 years Ruth and Eamonn spent together, raising their son Jack, who we’re led to believe is supporting his mother Ruth in the upcoming court case.
Then perhaps the biggest message from Katie’s friends is this: ‘It should not be forgotten that during these last difficult years, Katie was the one to take care of her at home and keep her happy.’ He adds: ‘Surely it should mean something.’
Is this proof that Katie believes she deserves something after caring for her seriously ill boyfriend part-time?
Maybe so. But Eamonn’s family and Ruth will surely think very differently. Let the fight begin!
