Inbal Honigmann interpreted Dakota Johnson’s expression as a sign that she was inhibiting her thoughts.
Honigman specifically pointed out Johnson putting his tongue on the inside of his cheek while pursing his lips.
He claimed, “Tongue in cheek is a typical facial gesture indicating withholding of a thought.” “Johnson has a lot to say, but she’s not going to say it.”
According to Honigmann’s interpretation, the gesture may also indicate “hidden disdain and frustration”.
