Ego Nwodim is hitting back at Shane Gillis after a sexist joke during his Saturday night Live Monologue.
snl The alum took to Instagram to take a dig at the stand-up comedian after a controversial joke on NBC’s late-night sketch show.
“Whore reporting for duty,” Enwodim captioned her Instagram Stories post while taking a selfie during her workout.
A few hours later, Enwodim shared an update with a photo of his post-workout meal, saying, “After a heavy workout I’m getting 30 grams of protein.”
Gillis hosted snl on Saturday, October 10, and made a joke during his monologue that surprised everyone.
“I haven’t been to the gym in so long, I didn’t know women just dress like prostitutes now?” Gillis said on the late-night show.
He added, “Look, I’m sorry, there’s no other way to describe [it]. Have you seen it? I have seen. Shorts. Have you seen the shorts? They’re neon, they’re like the color of artificial bait. And wrinkles spread around the cheeks and join all over the buttocks. Don’t look any more, you’re not allowed to look. In fact, don’t look because they’re filming. I’m in about 10 TikTok backgrounds right now.

Dan Levy also addressed this joke on social media, saying, “Women wearing short shorts to the gym doesn’t make them prostitutes. It makes men call them prostitutes misogynists. There is a difference. By the way, I’ve seen more men showing off their nipples at the gym than I have women displaying their bodies.”
She added, “I am speechless that something like this could exist on live national television. And to be completely honest, more men need to stand up against this because it is complacency that has created an environment in which women are sexually harassed and it is a ‘conversation’ as opposed to a ‘crime’.”
