In a deleted podcast episode released shortly after news of the divorce broke, Bunny Exo insisted that she and Jelly Roll parted ways amicably. They also shared information about the reason behind their separation.
“Jay and I have never really been good at having disagreements. So, we were the type of couple that never argued. So, he would suppress things. I would suppress things, and that’s a recipe for disaster,” she explained. “We always preach that you should be comfortable having uncomfortable conversations, and we did that for eight years. Then in the last year and a half, we moved away from that because we’re in a different life right now.”
