In his September petition, Klitschko said that Panettiere had hired a security service to protect his home and belongings before he died, “arising from a documented concern that an individual had gained unauthorized access to Hayden’s property.” Klitschko also alleged that federal agents broke into his home and removed some of his belongings during the ongoing investigation.
